Enrolment
Individuals wishing to enrol in IAHNC programs should follow the online enrolment facility for the specific program. If you are unable to enrol online for any reason, please contact IAHNC by e-mail at info@healthandnutritioncoaches.com.
Course fees
Course fees are inclusive of online course materials, resources and assessments. Fees are generally paid upfront or by one of our online payment plans. Failure to submit course fees on time may result in the delay or eventual cancellation of your place in the course. No certificates will be issued until payment of the course is complete. The IAHNC reserves the right to alter course fees for new enrolments at any time.
Copyright
The course materials which the IAHNC provides to you shall become your property. However, the content of the program materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of the IAHNC. You may not reproduce any part of the program materials without the prior written consent of IAHNC.
Withdrawals
Changing circumstances sometimes result in a student asking to withdraw from a course. Students wishing to withdraw from a course must advise the IAHNC in writing. Refunds will be granted if IAHNC is notified by email within 14 calendar days of enrolment. Any refunds will be processed within a 30-day period.
Course cancellations and amendments
The IAHNC reserves the right to cancel an online course, or refuse any enrolment. IAHNC reserves the right to adjust fees for new enrolments, vary program requirements or schedules at any time as deemed necessary. If a course cancellation does occur, all refunds will be processed within a 30-day period.
Certification
Certificates will be emailed to all students upon successful completion of their selected course.
Re-assessment
Re-assessments are offered to students who for whatever reason are unable to demonstrate competency in a course. If a pass grade is not achieved after one re-assessment, a tutor will contact the student to discuss the issue. Further re-assessment will incur a fee.
Academic Appeals or Complaints
Appeals against results must be made in writing to IAHNC within 14 days of results being posted. Grievances regarding academic matters are to be made in writing within 14 days.
Student conduct
Students should conduct themselves in a professional manner, respecting IAHNC staff and the information provided, and the ethics and principles of the programs. Students should not share their passwords with others or allow others to use any program materials or login details.
Refusals
Refusal of enrolment is at the discretion of the IAHNC if a prospective student does not meet any requirements. Students under 18 years of age will require a legal guardian to authorize and accept the enrolment conditions.
Dismissals
Most of our students have a wonderful experience, however occasionally an individual will spoil the experience for everyone. IAHNC, therefore, may choose to suspend or dismiss students from their courses for unprofessional behaviour, poor student conduct or using the program materials in an unlawful manner.
